プライバシーポリシー（こまめクリーン）

Najit（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「こまめクリーン」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者のプライバシー保護について、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリは、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号その他の個人情報を一切収集しません。
また、利用者を識別するためのアカウント登録やログインも必要としません。

2. 端末の機能の利用

本アプリは、以下の機能のみを使用します。

• 写真と動画へのアクセス … 端末内の写真・動画の中から、整理の候補を選んで画面に表示する目的でのみ使用します
• 通知 … 利用者が設定した曜日・時刻に、確認のお知らせを表示する目的でのみ使用します
• 端末の起動時の処理 … 端末の再起動や時刻の変更のあとに、通知の予定を設定し直す目的でのみ使用します

カメラ、マイク、位置情報（GPS）は使用しません。

3. 写真と動画の取り扱い

本アプリは、写真と動画を利用者の端末内で読み取り、候補として表示するだけです。
当方がこれを収集・閲覧することはできず、外部のサーバー等へ送信することも一切ありません。

利用者が「ディープチェック」をオンにした場合に限り、同じ写真・よく似た写真や、ぼやけた写真・暗い写真を見つけるために、写真の縮小画像やファイルの一部を端末内で解析します。
解析は端末内だけで行い、写真や解析の結果を外部へ送信することはありません。
ディープチェックは初期状態でオンです。設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。

利用者が「削除」を操作した場合、Android の確認画面で利用者が許可したときに限り、そのファイルを Android 標準のゴミ箱へ移動します。ゴミ箱内のファイルは、Android によって一定期間の経過後に自動的に削除されます。

利用者が「開く」または「共有」を操作した場合に限り、写真・動画は利用者が選んだ他のアプリへ渡されます。これは利用者の操作によるものです。

4. 判定の記録・解析結果と設定内容

以下の記録と設定は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。

• 「必要」「キープ」を選んだ記録
• ディープチェックの解析結果（写真ごとの見た目の特徴を表す数値や、同じファイルかを照合するための値など。写真そのものは保存しません）
• 本アプリから削除した枚数と容量の累計
• 通知の設定と、通知の動作状況の記録

ディープチェックをオフにしても、それまでの解析結果は端末内に残ります。
本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらの記録と設定はすべて削除されます。

本アプリは、Android標準のバックアップ機能を無効にしています。
これらの記録や設定が、Googleアカウントやクラウドへ複製されることはなく、機種変更の際にも他の端末へ引き継がれることはありません。

5. 広告について

本アプリは、無料でご利用いただくために Google の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。

AdMob は、広告の配信、効果測定、および不正行為の防止のために、以下の情報を自動的に収集し、Google と共有します。

• IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に利用されることがあります）
• アプリの起動、タップ、動画の視聴などの操作情報
• アプリの起動時間、ハング率、消費電力などの診断情報
• 広告ID（Android 広告 ID）、App set ID、その他の識別子

これらの情報は、通信時に TLS により暗号化されます。

なお、これらは広告配信のために収集される情報であり、端末内の写真・動画や、利用者を個人として特定する情報が送信されることはありません。

広告IDについては、Android の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」から、リセットまたは削除することができます。

6. アクセス解析について

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツールを使用していません。

7. 第三者への提供

前記5に記載した広告配信のための情報を除き、当方が利用者の情報を第三者へ提供・販売・共有することはありません。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象として設計されたものではなく、13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。
変更を行う場合は、本ページにて告知します。

Najit ("we") sets out below how the privacy of users of the Android app "Bit by Bit" ("the app") is protected.

1. Our approach

The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information.
It does not require you to create an account or sign in.

2. Device features we use

The app uses only the following:

• Access to photos and videos — only to choose files on your device that you may no longer need and show them to you
• Notifications — only to remind you to review, on the days and at the time you choose
• Startup handling — only to set your reminders again after the device restarts or the time is changed

The app does not use the camera, the microphone or your location (GPS).

3. Your photos and videos

The app reads your photos and videos on your device and shows them to you as suggestions.
We cannot collect or view them, and they are never sent to any external server.

Only when you turn on "Deep check", the app analyses reduced-size copies of your photos and parts of the files on your device, in order to find identical and very similar photos, and blurry or dark ones.
The analysis happens entirely on your device, and neither your photos nor the results are ever sent anywhere.
Deep check is on to begin with. You can turn it off at any time in Settings.

When you tap "Delete", the file is moved to the Android system trash, and only if you approve Android's confirmation.
Files in the trash are deleted automatically by Android once a set period has passed.

Photos and videos are passed to another app of your choice only when you tap "Open" or "Share". That happens at your request.

4. Your decisions, analysis results and settings

The following are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere:

• Records of the files you marked "Needed" or "Keep"
• Deep check results (values describing how each photo looks, and values used to tell whether two files are the same; the photos themselves are not stored)
• The total number of files and the total size deleted through the app
• Your notification settings and records of when notifications were delivered

If you turn Deep check off, the results collected until then remain on your device.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of these records and settings.

The app turns off Android's standard backup.
These records and settings are not copied to your Google account or the cloud, and they are not transferred to another device when you change phones.

5. Advertising

To keep the app free, we use Google AdMob, Google's advertising service.

AdMob automatically collects the following information and shares it with Google to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud:

• IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate location)
• Interaction data, such as app launches, taps and video views
• Diagnostic data, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use
• Advertising ID (Android advertising ID), app set ID and other identifiers

This information is encrypted in transit using TLS.

It is collected to serve ads. Your photos and videos, and information that identifies you personally, are never sent.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

6. Analytics

The app does not use any analytics tools.

7. Sharing with third parties

Apart from the information collected for advertising described in section 5, we do not provide, sell or share your information with any third party.

8. Children's privacy

The app is not designed for children under 13, and we do not collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy when necessary. Any change will be announced on this page.
