プライバシーポリシー（カリドリカメラ）

Najit（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「カリドリカメラ」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者のプライバシー保護について、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリは、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号その他の個人情報を一切収集しません。
また、利用者を識別するためのアカウント登録やログインも必要としません。

2. 端末の機能の利用

本アプリは、以下の機能のみを使用します。

• カメラ … 写真を撮影する目的でのみ使用します
• ストレージ（Android 9 以下のみ） … 利用者が「保存」を操作したときに、写真を端末のギャラリーへ保存する目的でのみ使用します。Android 10 以降では使用しません

マイクは使用しません。本アプリは常駐せず、通知も行いません。

3. 撮影した写真の取り扱い

撮影した写真は、利用者の端末内（本アプリ専用の領域）にのみ保存されます。
当方がこれを収集・閲覧することはできず、外部のサーバー等へ送信することも一切ありません。

撮影した写真は、端末の写真アプリやギャラリーには表示されません。

本アプリは、撮影時に選択した日数が経過した写真を自動的に削除します。
これは本アプリの目的そのものであり、削除された写真を元に戻すことはできません。
残しておきたい写真は、削除される前に「保存」または「共有」をご利用ください。

利用者が「保存」または「共有」を操作した場合に限り、写真は端末のギャラリーや利用者が選んだ他のアプリへ渡されます。これは利用者の操作によるものです。

4. アプリの設定内容とバックアップ

本アプリは、Android標準のバックアップ機能を無効にしています。

撮影した写真および本アプリの設定内容が、Googleアカウントやクラウドへ複製されることはありません。機種変更の際にも、他の端末へ引き継がれることはありません。

これは、自動削除された写真が別の端末で復活することを防ぐためです。

5. アプリ内課金について

本アプリのプレミアム機能の購入は、Google Play の課金システムを通じて行われます。
決済処理は Google Play が行い、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することは一切ありません。

6. 広告について

本アプリは、無料でご利用いただくために Google の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。

AdMob は、広告の配信、効果測定、および不正行為の防止のために、以下の情報を自動的に収集し、Google と共有します。

• IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に利用されることがあります）
• アプリの起動、タップ、動画の視聴などの操作情報
• アプリの起動時間、ハング率、消費電力などの診断情報
• 広告ID（Android 広告 ID）、App set ID、その他の識別子

これらの情報は、通信時に TLS により暗号化されます。

なお、これらは広告配信のために収集される情報であり、撮影した写真や、利用者を個人として特定する情報が送信されることはありません。

広告IDについては、Android の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」から、リセットまたは削除することができます。

プレミアム機能をご購入いただくと、広告は表示されなくなります。

7. アクセス解析について

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツールを使用していません。

8. 第三者への提供

前記6に記載した広告配信のための情報を除き、当方が利用者の情報を第三者へ提供・販売・共有することはありません。

9. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象として設計されたものではなく、13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。
変更を行う場合は、本ページにて告知します。

ForNow Cam Privacy Policy

1. Our approach

ForNow Cam does not collect your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information.
The app does not require you to create an account or sign in.

2. Device features we use

ForNow Cam uses only the following:

• Camera — only to take photos
• Storage (Android 9 and below only) — only to save a photo to your device's gallery when you tap "Save". Not used on Android 10 and later.

ForNow Cam does not use the microphone. It does not run in the background and does not send notifications.

3. Your photos

Photos you take are stored only on your device, in an area reserved for ForNow Cam.
We cannot collect or view them, and they are never sent to any external server.

Photos you take do not appear in your device's photo app or gallery.

ForNow Cam automatically deletes photos once the number of days chosen when they were taken has passed.
This is the purpose of the app, and deleted photos cannot be recovered.
If you want to keep a photo, use "Save" or "Share" before it is deleted.

A photo is passed to your device's gallery or to another app you choose only when you tap "Save" or "Share".

4. App settings and backup

ForNow Cam turns off Android's standard backup.

Your photos and app settings are not copied to your Google account or the cloud, and they are not transferred to another device when you change phones.

This prevents automatically deleted photos from reappearing on another device.

5. In-app purchases

Premium is purchased through Google Play's billing system.
Payment is processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your credit card number or other payment information.

6. Advertising

To keep ForNow Cam free, we use Google AdMob, Google's advertising service.

AdMob automatically collects the following information and shares it with Google to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud:

• IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate location)
• Interaction data, such as app launches, taps and video views
• Diagnostic data, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use
• Advertising ID (Android advertising ID), app set ID and other identifiers

This information is encrypted in transit using TLS.

It is collected to serve ads. Your photos and information that identifies you personally are never sent.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

Ads are no longer shown once you purchase Premium.

7. Analytics

ForNow Cam does not use analytics tools.

8. Sharing with third parties

Except for the advertising information described in section 6, we do not provide, sell or share your information with third parties.

9. Children's privacy

ForNow Cam is not designed for children under 13, and we do not collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.
